After four years in the computer business, we changed our name in August 1991 and became even more service-driven. Years of experience put us in the desirable position to have an established client basis. We are also very proud to mention that our clients use only our services and products and are very happy with what they get. Our first priority was to accommodate our existing clients before we considered expanding our business. We have, however, reached a stage where we can accommodate more clients with confidence. We believe that we are able to understand the needs of our clients and to give them the best possible advice and service.

We assemble the whole range of computers according to our clients’ specifications and needs, and our hardware carry the manufacturers’ guarantee. We specialize in consulting our clients in order to ensure that they decide on a system that complies with their needs as well as their pockets. Whatever the deal we do, our clients’ satisfaction is most important to us. We also supply computer software and provide a telephone back-up service - we try to be available where possible to answer queries on-line.

We install new equipment (installation is always quoted beforehand - there are no hidden costs) and collect faulty computer equipment for repair either at our own workshop or elsewhere (in the case of warranty repairs). Our technical staff do on-site repairs where necessary. We are responsible for maintenance on computer equipment purchased from MAT, but also repair and upgrade systems bought from other suppliers.

We managed to stay in business for over 20 years, and we believe that the reason for our success lies in low overheads, and in competent, productive, committed personnel who are happy to work until late in the evenings should it be necessary - we do not charge an over-time rate for services rendered. Our clients are the most important shareholders in MAT - we realise that no company can exist without its clients, and that is enough reason to keep our greatest asset happy.
